The Toronto Caribbean Carnival reunited our community to celebrate freedom from oppression, to allow us to embrace our culture and diversity, and enjoy the Carnival Arts.
Once again, we had the opportunity to honour diversity, celebrate emancipation, self-expression, and be together again.
